The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information for delivery and security. Fonts and photographs are served from the website itself.
Inquiry information
When online inquiries are enabled, we request business contact details, country, proposal information, and explicit consent. An optional PDF company profile may be included. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information.
Availability and processing
When the inquiry service is unavailable, the form does not send or save your proposal. When enabled, information is sent to the configured private receiving service to review and respond to the inquiry. A confirmation appears only after that service acknowledges acceptance.
Attachments and protection
Only PDF files up to 2 MB are accepted. Attachments must be stored privately and quarantined for scanning by the receiving service before anyone opens them. We use validation, spam checks, and rate limits when submissions are enabled.
Your choices
Submitting an inquiry is optional. You may request information about an inquiry, correction, or deletion through the group’s verified contact channel when published. Do not send personal data until that channel and the responsible company are identified.

The responsible legal entity, privacy contact, retention period, receiving providers, and any international processing arrangements must be confirmed and this notice updated before forms are enabled.
